Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• 2-4 years of FP&A, corporate finance or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with Oracle/Hyperion or similar planning tools is a plus.
• Ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles aligned with regional/global finance timelines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results including P&L, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers and cost trends.
• Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support operations and strategy.
• Identify risks and opportunities and escalate findings to FP&A leadership.
• Support cost management, productivity and efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency per standards.
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and reporting tools.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and management presentations.
