Job summary

TransUnion Philippines is seeking an Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role focuses on monthly P&L analysis, KPI tracking, and building financial models to drive strategic decisions.

Collaboration with regional teams and finance leaders is essential to understand drivers and improve processes. Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting degree and 2–4 years of FP&A experience, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools.

Qualifications

The Analyst, FP&A supports TransUnion Philippines' financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Support the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, in alignment with regional and global finance timelines. Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business planning and management reviews. Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions. Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives. Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and expedite findings to FP&A leadership as appropriate. Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across the organization. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting in accordance with TransUnion standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems. Support ad-hoc analysis, business cases, and management presentations as required.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning tools) is an advantage. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders. High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably within shared services or regional finance teams. Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms. Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes is a plus.
