Job summary

Finance Analyst - FP&A at NCC Group in Metro Manila with hybrid onsite requirements. The Group Financial Planning team acts as the analytical engine, partnering with senior leaders including the CFO and CEO to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational information and communicate key messages clearly.

• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities.
• Translate data into actionable insights to support decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning with high-quality analysis.
• Partner with finance and the wider business to understand information requirements.
• Challenge assumptions and highlight areas needing management attention.
• Assist in preparing financial presentations and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate on ad hoc analysis, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, automation and data quality.
