Job summary

TransUnion Philippines is seeking an Analyst, FP&A to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role focuses on monthly P&L analysis, KPI tracking, and building financial models to drive strategic decisions.

Collaboration with regional teams and finance leaders is essential to understand drivers and improve processes. Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting degree and 2–4 years of FP&A experience, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems like Oracle/Hyperion.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results (P&L, variance, KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
• Partner with budget owners to understand financial drivers and assumptions.
• Provide timely financial insights for operational and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and report to FP&A leadership.
• Support cost management and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
