Job summary

TechCareers Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to lead planning, budgeting, and modeling efforts onsite in Mandaluyong. You will provide strategic financial guidance to key stakeholders and drive improvements to margins through cost savings initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in FP&A, strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine tax rules, plus proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Oracle, and Xero. Onsite work is required in Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA/CFA/MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and Philippine taxation laws.
• Proficiency in data analytics and BI tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities

• Direct financial planning, budgeting, and modeling to maximize business performance.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to key business stakeholders.
• Identify cost savings and process improvements to strengthen financial margins.
• Manage monthly corporate financial reporting and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for BIR tax requirements via internal and third-party resources.
• Modernize financial planning systems and tools to increase operational efficiency.
• Support integration of business intelligence and visual analytics across financial operations.
• Align departmental financial strategy with core organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration.
