Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Tech-savvy and quick learner able to grasp new concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication for cross-border teams.
• Able to manage multiple changing tasks and work under pressure.
• Flexible hours and willingness to work traditional and non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect input data with accuracy and consistency in routine data entry.
• Collect and classify information from financial documents and filings based on established methodologies.
• Organize data on investment vehicles like mutual funds, ETFs, pooled separate accounts, and collective trusts.
• Research and update data on individuals and firms in the financial services industry.
• Participate in committees, projects, and initiatives beyond core duties.
• Communicate progress, issues, and risks promptly and clearly.
• Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Keep paper and electronic records per ISS and client retention policies.
