Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Research Analyst in the Data Enrichment department. You will collect, maintain, and update database fields, reviewing official feeds, press releases, and reports to deliver real-time, high-quality data to clients.

You’ll report to the Team Lead and meet personal targets while working onsite three days weekly. Responsibilities include researching global investors, maintaining investor profiles, supporting clients, and collaborating with product teams to improve the research

Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce / Business Management / Finance / Accounting / Economics or equivalent.
Computer Literacy to effectively use the database and software for collection and processing of content/data.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of global investors and investment organizations, including hedge funds, pension funds, family offices, and retail investment advisors.
Maintain the accuracy and completeness of investor profiles on the platform, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Provide timely and effective support to clients, addressing requests and completing ad-hoc tasks with prioritization and responsiveness.
Proactively identify and report software bugs within the research infrastructure application, collaborating with the product team to recommend and implement enhancements.
Research, evaluate, and implement new tools and technologies to streamline research workflows and automate data capture processes.
