Job summary

FactSet is seeking a Research Analyst to support data intake, validation, and maintenance of investor relations-related datasets. You will analyze updates from official sources to ensure real-time, high-quality data for FactSet clients and report to the Team Lead to help meet team targets.

The role requires working onsite three days a week, with responsibilities spanning data processing, validation, issue resolution, and thorough record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Commerce/Business/Finance/Economics or equivalent
• Good Knowledge of financial markets to understand assigned content and market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and handling large spreadsheets

Responsibilities

• Data intake and validation: process large datasets into customer accounts with accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct data validation and cleansing to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies.
• Address and resolve customer data issues promptly with Customer Success Managers.
• Maintain detailed records of customer data uploads and document training/reference processes.
• Communicate updates, challenges, and resolutions with the Customer Success team/clients; align upload processes with service goals.
