Job summary

Our Clients in the Philippines (Metro Manila) seeks a Finance Automation Specialist to streamline financial operations. Hybrid setup at BGC, Taguig, with Monday to Friday work schedule.

You will partner with Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to identify inefficiencies, design and deploy automated solutions using Excel VBA, Alteryx, and Power Automate, and ensure data accuracy and security. Training and documentation are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Experience in finance operations, financial reporting, data analytics, or automation.
• Strong Excel skills, including VBA; familiarity with Alteryx/Power Automate.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; knowledge of internal controls.
• Effective communication and project management to coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain automated solutions using Excel VBA, Alteryx, Power Automate.
• Maintain data quality, confidentiality, and integrity with validation, security, and controls.
• Deliver user training, create process documentation, and provide ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tech partners to deliver system enhancements and oversee projects.
