Job summary

Orica in Manila invites applications for the Field Site Support Coordinator role to join our Customer and Commercial Support team in Pasig City with a hybrid working setup.

You will handle inquiries from supported sites, provide confidential admin support, process purchase requisitions and goods receipts in SAP, and assist with travel and data entry related to Field Site Sales & Service activities.

Qualifications

• 2-year degree or higher preferred.
• At least 1 year of administrative support experience.
• Familiarity with SAP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Handle and effectively manage inquiries from supported sites.
• Provide professional and confidential administrative support, collaborating with site teams proactively and responsively.
• Process purchase requisitions, invoices, and goods receipts as needed.
• Perform data entry tasks related to commercial administration, including simplified work management, work orders, and Field Site Sales & Service activities (FSSS) within SAP modules.
• Offer additional work management and data entry support as required.
• Assist with travel booking, travel administration, and expense processes.
• Support any other agreed-upon administrative tasks within the defined scope of service.
