Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a skilled Collaboration Operations Engineer with strong Office 365 and Exchange Online expertise to join our team. The role focuses on supporting a hybrid Office 365 environment, managing Exchange Server and Exchange Online, and delivering end-to-end collaboration platform improvements.

You will lead troubleshooting, implement changes, document processes, and work with Windows security, Entra ID, and AD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of equivalent work experience in collaboration platforms or messaging.
• 3+ years of Office 365/Exchange support experience with operational excellence.
• Strong technical skills in Exchange 2016+, Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).

Responsibilities

• Experience with Office 365 and Exchange Online.
• Act as 3rd tier support for messaging related escalations.
• Manage and support Office 365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Support hybrid Office 365 environments with on-premises Exchange integration.
• Develop, maintain, support, and optimize collaboration platform; document and review changes.
