Job summary

Steadfast Shared Services Philippines is expanding its Finance and Technologies teams and seeking a Business Systems Analyst to optimize ERP and finance platforms. You will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring systems align with business needs and ITIL practices govern incidents and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business or STEM.
• Experience as Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Experience with Netsuite and ERP systems.
• ITIL knowledge: incident, problem, change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of ERP and finance systems.
• Act as first point of contact for system issues, manage incidents per ITIL.
• Partner with Finance to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Configure, test, deploy changes and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end processes from a systems view.
• Maintain system documentation and project artifacts.
• Participate in upgrades, patches, and implementation projects.
• Assist with ERP/CRM data flows and integrations.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and governance.
