Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business or STEM.
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Administrator.
• Experience with ERP/finance platforms and CRM integration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration, support, and maintenance of ERP and finance systems.
• Act as first point of contact for system issues, managing incidents per ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with Finance to gather requirements and translate into system solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy system changes and integrations.
• Support month-end and year-end processes from a systems perspective.
• Maintain system documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in upgrades and project implementations.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across systems.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Support user training and adoption of new functionality.
