Responsibilities

• Manage patient movement, transport, and crews to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and meet KPIs.
• Coordinate incoming calls, handle booking procedures, enter transport data into the WM1 Booking system.
• Plan and dispatch bookings efficiently while collaborating with Rosters to optimize crewing configurations.
• Prepare daily caseload reports, compile stakeholder data, and elevate customer complaints or noteworthy incidents.
• Comply with dispatch procedures, Group HSE policies, and safety directives to manage operational risks.
