Onclusive is seeking a Digital Growth Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will research target audiences, manage campaigns, and optimize conversions across Onclusive’s markets.

You’ll work with the Field Marketing team to implement effective ads and help hit lead generation targets while supporting the broader digital strategy. The role emphasizes collaboration across territories, data-driven decisions, and optimizing paid campaigns on multiple platforms, with a hybrid work setup

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of campaign management and conversion optimization experience.
• Experience working with teams across multiple territories.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing strategies is a plus.
• Proficient in Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
