Job summary

Infobip Ltd. is seeking a Digital Customer Success Associate in Manila (Hybrid) to support self-service customers across Infobip’s digital products.

You will handle customer inquiries, resolve tickets, and help identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams, contributing to lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service, customer success, technical support, or sales.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable working in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication with customers and support them in achieving success with Infobip’s digital products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a specific customer segment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Support customers with technical topics and guide them through product-related challenges.
