MicroSourcing is seeking a Customs Operations Specialist to support customs clearance by accurately entering data, maintaining documents, and coordinating with internal teams, brokers, and overseas agents for timely processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in customs operations or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and complete all customs clearance documentation within required timeframes using the Expedient workflow.
• Accurately enter supplier invoice data into the Expedient system.
• Manage the support mailboxes and upload relevant items to the Expedient system.
• Send telex release confirmations and follow up with overseas agents using Expedient reports.
