Job summary

Domain is seeking a Customer Experience Partner to be the first point of contact for enquiries, handling phone, chat, and email support and driving customer satisfaction.

You will own issues end-to-end, collaborate with internal teams, and gather feedback to improve products and the customer journey. This role offers a hybrid work setup with access to Perkbox, LinkedIn Learning, and mental health support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and perform well in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with Freshdesk and 3CX for customer support communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer enquiries of varying complexity.
• Take ownership of issues end-to-end, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships, share feedback, and drive product adoption.
• Coordinate artwork, templates, system updates, and reporting with cross-functional teams.
• Manage billing reconciliation, supplier invoices, and payment follow-ups.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets within SLA requirements while maintaining high attention to detail.
