Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in credit underwriting or analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer lending products such as auto loans, mortgage loans, personal loans, and credit cards.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess and make decisions on loan applications within authority levels and service standards.
• Achieve required loan approval volumes to meet business and financial targets.
• Perform thorough credit analysis and risk assessment across consumer lending products.
• Identify, mitigate, and elevate risks or deviations to the appropriate approving authority.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and risk management.
