East West Banking Corporation (EastWest) is seeking a Credit Analyst and Review Officer (CARE) to join our Corporate Banking team in the National Capital Region. The role involves assessing creditworthiness, performing financial and risk analyses, and supporting lending decisions by preparing Credit Offering Memos (COMs).

You'll work with marketing to evaluate transactions, recommend credit structures, and ensure timely processing of credit approvals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial and credit analysis of prospective and existing clients

• Recommend actions on restructuring, renewals, or collections when necessary
