Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support the Group's finance function in a hybrid, day-shift setup. The role covers monthly P&L and balance sheet review, and coordination of month-end activities.

Responsibilities include preparing financial presentations for management, reconciling accounts for the Group Financial Controller, and preparing BAS for AU/NZ. The incumbent will assist audits, address daily queries, drive process improvements, and analyze

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month-end timetable
• Assist with preparing financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required)
• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant

Your Role

The Financial Accountant (Philippines) is accountable for:
