Job summary

MicroSourcing, a leader in offshore managed services, is seeking a Financial Accountant (AU) to join our hybrid team in Eastwood, Quezon City. You will handle monthly closes, balance sheet reviews, and AUD/NZ statements, supporting senior leaders with concise financial insights.

The role requires collaboration, process improvements, and proactive problem-solving across finance. We offer above-market compensation, health coverage from day one with dependents, and a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with experience in financial reporting.
• Experience preparing monthly/quarterly statements for AU/NZ.
• Ability to liaise with external auditors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets for the Group per the agreed month end timetable
• Assist with preparing Financial presentations for monthly management meetings for the Director's and Leadership team
• Reconcile and present all balance sheet accounts for review by the Group Financial Controller monthly
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly Business Activity Statements across Australia and New Zealand for review by the Group Financial Controller
• Assist the Group Financial Controller with Annual Audit preparation and data sample collection as required by the external auditors.
• Be the first point of contact for daily queries from the business or from within the team (when required).
• Assist to develop and drive process improvement strategies within finance and across the business
• Assist with detailed analysis of the business projects and business performance when required.
• Ad hoc projects as directed by the Group Financial Controller or the Senior Financial Accountant.

Your Role
