Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a DevOps/Cloud Operations Engineer to support and enhance our financial management solutions in Manila.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate releases, manage AWS resources, and maintain Windows Server and SQL Server environments. The role emphasizes automation with Terraform and PowerShell, using GitHub for source control, and improving platform observability with Datadog, while participating in on-call rotations and pursuing relevant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent.
2+ years in technical support, systems administration, DevOps, cloud operations, or related role.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Experience administering Windows Server and familiarity with SQL Server.
Familiarity with AWS and scripting/infrastructure as code (PowerShell, Terraform or GitHub).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Development, and Implementation teams to validate releases and improve platform stability.
Provide operational support for ECHO, Tyler Deploy, and related internal and client environments.
Administer AWS resources, Windows servers, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
Build and maintain automation and infrastructure as code using Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub.
Improve platform monitoring and observability using Datadog.
Support deployments and release validation using Octopus Deploy and related delivery tools.
Troubleshoot operational issues, document solutions, and reduce recurring manual work.
Participate in the PagerDuty on-call rotation.
Pursue relevant technical training and certifications.
