Job summary

Tyler Technologies Philippines is seeking a hands-on systems administrator / DevOps engineer to collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate releases and improve platform stability. You will manage AWS resources, Windows servers, and SQL Server databases, and build automation using PowerShell, Terraform, and GitHub.

You'll contribute to monitoring with Datadog, support deployments with Octopus Deploy, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS/IT/engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional experience in technical support, systems administration, DevOps, cloud operations, or related technical role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with scripting, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control. Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or GitHub is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring or observability platforms such as Datadog.
• Experience supporting Tyler Enterprise ERP products is preferred.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or another relevant technical certification is preferred.

Responsibilities
