Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a DevOps/Systems Administrator to support releases, deploys, and platform stability.

You will work with support, sales, development, and implementation teams to validate releases and optimize environments. You will manage AWS resources, Windows servers, and SQL Server databases, build automation with Terraform, PowerShell, and GitHub, and enhance monitoring with Datadog.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of professional experience in technical support, systems administration, DevOps, cloud operations, or a related technical role.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Familiarity with scripting, infrastructure as code, and Git-based source control. Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, or GitHub is preferred.
• Familiarity with monitoring or observability platforms such as Datadog.
• Experience supporting Tyler Enterprise ERP products is preferred.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification or another relevant technical certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot operational issues, document solutions, and reduce recurring manual work.
• Participate in the PagerDuty on-call rotation.
• Pursue relevant technical training and certifications.
