• Experience in Trade Settlements or Payments within securities.
• Strong knowledge of global custody and securities services.
• Experience in both client-facing and back-office roles.
• Excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks.
• Self-motivated, quick learner with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to queries within the agreed SLA and log all queries on Qtrack.
• Develop understanding of HSBC clients and assist the Account Manager with growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with MSS Operations to enhance service quality.
• Ensure global custody maintains a premier quality reputation internally and externally.
• Drive customer-centric quality initiatives to increase service excellence.
• Be aware of controls framework and proactively reduce operational risk.
