Job summary

HSBC in Makati is seeking an experienced Wealth Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Premier clients, focusing on professional client service and cross-selling insurance, funds, and fixed income. You will coordinate with branch RMs and heads to meet business targets and provide investment advisory support.

You will attract new clients, review portfolios, maintain compliance, and build long-term relationships, delivering high standards of service and robust collaboration within HSBC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience or equivalent.
• Evidence of strong sales results in insurance and investment products.
• Relationship management experience with high net worth clients. Strong communication, client focus and influencing skills.
• Strong technical skills in wealth management.
• Strong sales orientation, networking and portfolio management skills.
• Sound knowledge of financial services products and services and the client relationship management system.

Responsibilities

• Achieve agreed financial targets by development of existing and new relationships.
• Build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships.
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of client needs, recommend appropriate products and services, and achieve closure of sales.
• Own the client relationships in HSBC Wealth Solutions.
• Maintain an awareness of relevant products and services to provide the best solutions and maximize revenues.
• Work as part of an integrated brokerage management team to ensure standards are met and operating models delivered.
• Work with the wider team in HSBC branches to deliver performance measures and multi-channel client journey.
• Ensuring 100% compliance to sales procedures.
