Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Client Services Officer in Makati to deliver high-quality customer service to institutional clients. You will resolve queries at first contact, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure compliance with ANZ and regulatory requirements.

The role is hybrid with a permanent, full-time contract, based in Manila. You will engage in proactive problem-solving, educate clients on Transaction Banking products, and collaborate with teams to drive service excellence while upholding

Qualifications

Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a financial setting.
Strong customer-centric mindset with proactive problem-solving.
Subject matter expertise in Transaction Banking (Cash Management/Trade Finance).
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.

Responsibilities

Proactively understand customer requirements and respond accordingly.
Take ownership of customer complaints and suggest improvements.
Demonstrate ANZ service standards in all interactions.
Educate customers on Transaction Banking products and solutions.
Ensure timely handling of requests and proper Customer Verification processes.
Answer client enquiries quickly and efficiently.
Conduct outbound calls to existing clients as part of service and engagement efforts.
Collaborate with colleagues to support team goals and productivity.
Suggest and support process improvements to enhance customer experience.
Maintain compliance with ANZ policies and regulatory requirements.
