Job summary

Insight Manila is seeking a Category Project Analyst to join our hybrid work environment in Pasig. You will support the Category Manager(s) with internal sales reporting, analysis, and market trends to help drive sales and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field from a four-year college or university.
Minimum of 3 years in a dynamic business environment focusing on analysis and reporting.
At least 2 years of advanced administrative or related experience.
Adaptability to rapidly changing requirements and tight objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion with plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Maintain project documentation, action trackers, risk registers, and status updates.
Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
Track project progress, milestones, and performance metrics for leadership updates.
Coordinate activities across teams to ensure timely execution and momentum.
Partner with Category Management, Sales, Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to align on priorities.
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement; implement process improvements.
