Job summary

TechNerds Solutions in Pasig seeks a Project Management Analyst to join our Business Innovation team. You will support cross-functional projects that drive process improvements, service innovation, and organizational effectiveness for our global clients.

Work closely with the Director of Business Innovation to manage plans, track progress, coordinate activities, and deliver results on time. Strong PM and business analysis skills, plus collaboration across functions, are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management or PMO functions.
• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, project documentation, testing, implementation, and post-implementation activities.
• Training in Project Management or Business Analysis is required.
• Good working knowledge of BPO best practices related to continuous improvement, analytics, and/or operational excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across different functional units.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the organization, its functions, and operating model to collaborate with different departments and deliver project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for new initiatives that improve service quality, operational efficiency, and performance.
• Support planning and implementation of cross-functional projects and business initiatives.
• Apply change management principles to drive positive results across operations and service innovation.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and participants to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Monitor and track project progress, milestones, and key activities.
• Prepare progress reports for relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project effectiveness and identify improvements.
