Job summary

MicroSourcing is partnering with Maples Group to support the expansion of their Manila operations. As a Cash Operations Associate in BGC, Taguig, you will execute day-to-day cash management, payment processing, and treasury tasks with strict attention to policy and timelines.

You will collaborate with a global team, maintain data integrity, manage client inquiries, and contribute to monthly revenue accruals and profitability metrics while upholding high standards of compliance and service

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year degree (Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer/Technology).
• Excellent English verbal and written communication; professional collaboration.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Vlookup and Pivot Tables essential.
• Deep knowledge of banking mechanisms and terminology (SWIFT, ABA, IBAN, OFAC, AML...).
• Familiarity with financial concepts like sweep accounts, fees, FX transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process wires and internal transfers; manage foreign currency transactions with deadlines.
• Monitor centralized inboxes; respond to CSPs; first contact for treasury queries.
• Prepare daily bank and payment reconciliations; assist with client audits.
• Coordinate compliance clearance with CSPs and internal teams.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality; support monthly revenue accruals.
