Job summary

Our Clients in Manila, Philippines is seeking an experienced Cash Management Specialist to support daily cash and banking operations, bank statement processing, reconciliation, and treasury initiatives. You will ensure accurate postings, timely clearing, and completion of daily and month-end activities per established procedures.

The role also covers SAP testing, process improvements, J-SOX controls, and collaboration with Accounts Receivable and cross-functional teams to strengthen reporting,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cash management, treasury, or banking operations experience.
• Proficiency in SAP or SAP HANA and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process daily cash and banking transactions in SAP, including bank statement processing and postings.
• Review and process templates ensuring transaction details and supporting documents are complete.
• Perform bank and general ledger reconciliation and open-item clearing.
• Process receipts, cash adjustments, and journal entries with accurate recording.
• Investigate unmatched transactions and reconciliation discrepancies with stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Ensure daily deliverables and month-end closing activities are completed on time.
• Prepare routine cash management reports and analyses and provide reporting support.
• Support treasury initiatives and SAP testing, and participate in process improvement and automation.
• Execute and document J-SOX controls and comply with policies and procedures.
