Job summary

tawk.to in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales & Support hybrid role. You will split time between closing new opportunities and ensuring customers are onboarded and successful. This is a high-impact role with local events and hands-on customer success.

You should be fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, comfortable with travel, and ready to represent the brand at events while collaborating with marketing and engineering.

Qualifications

• Trilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese required.
• Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and events.
• Must own a vehicle for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Hunting: identify and reach out to local SMEs and enterprises.
• Awareness to Advocacy: manage outreach to signup and adoption.
• Documentation: track activities and leads in the internal tawk.to pipeline.
• Guided Growth: first point of contact for setup and feature adoption.
• Bridge: work with engineering to troubleshoot and provide local feedback.
• Presence: represent tawk.to at 3–4 local events per month.
• Market Insight: collaborate with GTM and Marketing on local messaging.
• Deep-Dive Onboarding: training on the platform and internal tools.
