Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Benefits Operations – Analyst to join the team in Manila, Philippines. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly and focuses on delivering high‑quality benefits services to clients and stakeholders.

You will analyze benefits file transmissions, troubleshoot complex errors, maintain tools and databases, and provide actionable reports to management, while guiding junior staff and driving process improvements across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/communication/finance
• 4+ years of experience in client facing and account management roles
• Experience in insurance or financial industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Valuable experience using MS Office

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex Benefits Operational assignments
• Analyze and evaluate Benefits data files, identify issues and resolve errors
• Maintain and enhance operation systems and tools, provide system support
• Generate and present operational reports to management with insights
• Perform daily operational tasks including data analysis, system support and reporting
• Assist testing and support for new systems and tools implementations
• Use technical tools to manage client data with accuracy and integrity
• Manage client requests ensuring timely, accurate completion and high satisfaction
• Act as SME and mentor junior team members
• Lead projects aimed at process improvements and efficiency gains
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for process improvements
