Job summary

Rising Tide Digital, Inc. in Mandaluyong, Philippines is seeking a seasoned business analyst for a 6‑month contractual role with hybrid work (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

You will analyze business processes, drive system and data migrations, APIs, and cloud transformations, coordinating with architects and IT teams; 3+ years in BA/SA and SDLC familiarity are required. The role offers PHP 50k–80k monthly and three company-paid work trips per year outside NCR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
• Experience in technology projects with exposure to migrations, APIs, and data migration.
• Involvement in infrastructure and cloud transformation projects; coordination with architects, security, and operations.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with software development life cycles.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role.

• Strong experience in technology-related projects, particularly those with EXPOSURE to:

• System, application, and platform migration initiatives
• API and system integrations
• Data migration activities
• Infrastructure and cloud transformation projectsCoordination with Architects, Infrastructure, Security, and Operations teams

• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall environments.
