Job summary

Copeland is seeking a Data & Analytics professional to join our global climate technology team. You will manage ServiceNow D&A, fulfill data requests, and build reports and dashboards using Sigma Computing and Power BI to support business decisions.

You should have a bachelor's degree in data analytics, CS, or IS, with 2 years' experience, strong data governance, SQL skills, and experience with Snowflake and automation tools like Power Automate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in data analytics, CS, IS or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Sigma Computing and Power BI.
• Experience with ETL, Snowflake, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of ERP environments (Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer D&A ServiceNow instance.
• Handle tickets for Copeland Data and Analytics inquiries.
• Fulfil data requests and analytics project support.
• Create reports and dashboards with Sigma Computing.
• Provide data analysis to support business decisions.
• Ensure data quality and governance across analytics.
• Develop automated data workflows to improve efficiency.
