Job summary

Continental Manila Business Services is hiring a Compliance Data Analytics and Tool Specialist to support compliance teams with data-driven insights and standardized tool administration. You will manage data quality, develop dashboards in Power BI, and assist with access management and ticket handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Risk & Compliance or equivalent.
• 2–4 years as Data Analyst, IT support or system administrator.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Advanced experience with interacting with international users.
• Proficient in Office 365 applications.
• Experience with user and access management, tickets and service requests is a plus.
• Experience with international teams and KPI development.
• Willing to work mid-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain high-quality datasets for analysis and reporting.
• Conduct data analysis and develop reports and dashboards using Excel/Power BI.
• Create, modify and deactivate users across tools (Dragonfly, KYBP, EQS Integrity).
• Assign roles based on predefined concepts and approved access requests.
• Maintain user master data and ensure data quality in systems.
• Central intake of all tool-related tickets and prioritization.
• Handle access requests, technical issues and user inquiries.
• Coordinate with IT/3rd-level-support and Compliance Program team for escalations and status updates.
• Ensure transparency of ticket progress and timelines.
• Identify and escalate complex cases, non-standard scenarios, and policy deviations.
