Copeland, a global climate technologies company, seeks a data analytics professional to monitor system performance across proprietary Copeland software and platforms, validate insights, and support dashboards. You will review data, identify trends, and coordinate with internal teams and site contacts to review actions and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system and service performance across Copeland software and digital platforms; identify issues and resolve them promptly.
• Review, analyse and validate system-generated insights and alerts to identify actionable opportunities for customers.
• Support development and maintenance of operational reports, data offloads, and performance dashboards to track system health and service outcomes.
• Review data to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external site contacts to review, close out, or escalate technical actions.
• Assist in calculating prospective savings and value metrics based on data and benchmarks.
• Provide feedback on product performance and software tools to global teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and processes.
• Participate in QA activities and peer reviews to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation and training materials.
