Job summary

Continental is seeking a Compliance Data Analytics and Tool Specialist to support Compliance teams with data transparency and process improvements. You will handle data prep, reporting, and dashboards, while also managing user access and ticket workflows across global teams.

Ideal candidates will have Power BI and Excel expertise, experience with Office 365, and comfortable collaboration with international users. Hybrid work setup and learning opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems/IT, Risk & Compliance or comparable qualification.
• 2-4 years of experience as Data Analyst, IT support or system administration.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
• Advanced knowledge in interacting with international users.
• Proficient in using Office 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Data Analytics: prepare and maintain high-quality datasets; develop insightful reports and dashboards.
• User & Access Management: create, modify and deactivate users; manage roles and data quality.
• Ticket Administration: central intake of tickets, classification, prioritization, and resolutions.
• Escalation Handling: identify and escalate complex cases and policy deviations.
