Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Technical Manager – Cash Management, Market Operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on monitoring changes affecting CMS, platform upgrades, and regulatory reporting within a hybrid work environment.

You will lead calls, drive process improvements, manage team rosters and engage stakeholders across business lines to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in banking/finance/management/business administration or accounting.
• Working knowledge of Global Markets processes and trade lifecycle.
• Understanding regulatory reporting is advantageous.
• Strong MI reporting knowledge and numerical/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate changes impacting processes such as CMS enhancement and platform upgrades.
• Decide on changes affecting BAU activities including escalations and reporting.
• Lead monthly calls with the business on productivity and quality issues.
• Proactively identify, resolve and escalate problem situations for customer satisfaction.
• Maintain meaningful relationships across departments and lead stakeholder calls.
• Provide feedback to AVP on client engagement opportunities and quarterly MI.
• Support strategic and tactical agendas for Cash Services managed activities.
• Ensure coverage by managing team rosters and adhering to governance.
