American Express is hiring a Customer Care Professional - ANZ Servicing (Future Opportunities) in the Philippines. You will deliver world-class service via calls, chat, and email, building trusted relationships with Cardmembers and resolving inquiries with a consultative approach.

Work in a hybrid setup, supporting Australia and New Zealand customers. You’ll navigate multiple systems, meet quality targets, and leverage products to meet member needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service with branding and/or upselling experience.
• Experience dealing with customers in Australia and New Zealand.
• Ability to go off-script in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation.
• Passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication.
• Resourceful with demonstrated consultative experience and ability to influence.
• Creative problem-solving, eager to find customized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service via calls, chat, and email.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers through a consultative approach, understanding current and future needs.
• Enhance customer experience by identifying opportunities to offer products based on Cardmembers' needs.
• Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets.
• Navigate computer systems and applications to service our customers and enable use of online/mobile platforms.
• Document necessary information such as payment details, changes of details, address changes and travel notices.
• Re-prioritize and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
