Job summary

American Express is seeking a customer service professional to join the Banking Servicing Network in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. You will handle inbound calls, assist with account maintenance, transactions, and rewards inquiries, while upholding the Customer First philosophy in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

The role requires at least college level, 1.5 years in BFSI client support, strong communication, and CSAT/NPS experience.

Qualifications

• Banking, financial services, and investment customer servicing experience required.
• Minimum of 1½ years of customer service experience.
• 1½ years of CSAT/NPS experience (recent within last 6 months).
• Excellent listening, relationship-building, communication skills.
• Ability to multitask across servicing platforms and apps.
• Open to employed or unemployed candidates; maximum 6 months unemployment from start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer care via phone for Banking Servicing Network.
• Deliver exceptional service applying Customer First philosophy.
• Support customers with account maintenance, transactions, and funds inquiries.
• Resolve inquiries including rewards and redemption with end-to-end ownership.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose solutions for seamless experience.
• Navigate multiple servicing platforms and web-based applications.
• Adapt to evolving products, services, systems, and customer needs.
• Adhere to regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
