American Express is seeking a Customer Care Professional for UK servicing based in a hybrid onsite/remote setup in the Philippines. You will deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, understand customer needs, and provide personalized solutions while promoting Amex products.

The role requires 1 year of BPO customer service experience with CSAT/NPS metrics, inbound calls, and resilience to work in a dynamic setting. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include Senior High School Graduate for new curriculum; at least college level for old curriculum.
• At least 1 year’s customer service experience in a BPO environment with CSAT/NPS as a metric.
• Should be currently taking inbound calls and CSAT/NPS experience within the past 6 months.
• Banking/financial experience within the last 6 months.

• Consistently deliver extraordinary service in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment.
• Consult with customers to understand needs and tailor personalized solutions while reinforcing benefits of card membership/Amex products.
• Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
