Beehive-BPO Corp. is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist for on-site training with a flexible hybrid setup after completion. You will track AR records, communicate with customers, and collaborate with sales and accounts payable to ensure accurate data transfer into QuickBooks.

The role requires 2+ years in AR or related accounting support, strong attention to detail, and solid Excel/QuickBooks skills, with a standard 8-hour day and paid training during probation.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
• 2+ years of AR, billing, collections, or accounting support.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts.
• Analytical ability to track aging balances and identify discrepancies.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks software is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Match payments to invoices and post them in accounting systems.
• Generate and send customer invoices.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank
• Follow up on overdue accounts and send reminders.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Review aging reports and identify overdue balances.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Resolve billing disputes and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Generate financial statements and AR status reports.
• Assist with month-end closing and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• If work is slow, you will be asked to perform duties not on this list such as data entry or the like.
