Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is hiring a Call Center Agent - Hybrid in Cebu City. The role focuses on accounting-related customer service and requires effective communication across channels.

You will handle inquiries through the ticketing system, collaborate with customers to resolve issues, and support product adoption while maintaining high satisfaction scores in a hybrid, Cebu-based work setup (onsite 3 times per week).

Qualifications

• Currently in at least 3rd year of college in Accounting-related courses.
• At least 6 months of phone-based customer support experience.
• Proficient in English, written and spoken.
• Familiar with basic accounting principles and software.
• Willing to work night shifts and flexible schedules in Cebu hybrid setup.
• Must have a stable internet connection at home.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via the products ticketing system.
• Collaborate with customers to identify, replicate, and resolve product issues through various channels.
• Work closely with team members to provide effective solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and insights during regular team meetings to assist management in making informed, data-driven decisions.
• Identify recurring support requests related to your expertise and proactively develop knowledge base articles or alternative solutions to reduce ticket volume.
• Provide outstanding customer service by maintaining a friendly and empathetic tone, delivering timely and proactive responses to maintain high satisfaction scores.
• Conduct training for new and existing customers via phone and email, guiding them on using the platforms knowledge base to ensure smooth product adoption.
