Phil Eco Airtech Corp. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team and work across the Philippines on a range of commercial and industrial projects. You will install, service, and troubleshoot HVAC systems, read schematics, and ensure safety on each site.

Qualifications

• Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing NC III certificate or 1–2 years' experience.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints.
• Physically fit and willing to travel to project sites.
• OSHSA knowledge and PPE use is advantageous.
• Leadership experience or own installation team gives priority.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, system cleaning, refrigerant handling, leak detection, and equipment repairs.
• Carry out system start-up, testing, commissioning, and performance verification.
• Read technical drawings and coordinate with engineers, supervisors, clients, and project teams.
• Ensure safety standards while maintaining tools and equipment in good condition.

WE'RE HIRING: HVAC TECHNICIAN

Are you an experienced HVAC Technician looking to advance your career? Join Phil Eco Airtech Corp. and work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC projects across the Philippines.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of HVAC systems, including Window-Type, Split-Type, Packaged Air Conditioning Units (PACUs), Multi-Split/VRF Systems, and Chillers
• Holder of Commercial Air-Conditioning Installation and Servicing NC III certification or with 1–2 years of verifiable experience in the air-conditioning industry
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and blueprints
• Physically fit and willing to conduct site surveys, fieldwork, and travel to project sites as needed
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and proper use of PPE is an advantage
• Priority will be given to applicants with team leadership experience or those who have their own installation team
