Job summary

Phil Eco Airtech Corp. in Pasay City is seeking an Air-Conditioning Technician to install, maintain, and repair a range of residential and commercial systems.

The role requires NC II RAC Servicing or 2 years of verifiable experience, strong reading of drawings, and readiness for fieldwork and travel. Safety and PPE knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• RAC Servicing NC II certification or 2+ years of verifiable field experience.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and perform simple electrical/mechanical calculations.
• Willingness to travel to project locations and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial AC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, leak testing, and system diagnostics.
• Prepare service reports upon job completion and coordinate with clients.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in the installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of Window-Type and Split-Type Air-Conditioning Units
• Holder of RAC Servicing (DomRAC) NC II certification or with at least 2 years of verifiable experience in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and perform basic electrical and mechanical calculations
• Physically fit and willing to perform fieldwork, site surveys, and travel to project locations
• Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards and proper use of PPE is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial air-conditioning systems
• Perform preventive maintenance, chemical cleaning, leak testing, refrigerant charging, and system diagnostics
• Conduct operational testing and prepare service reports upon job completion
• Coordinate with clients and project teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good working condition
