What You'll Do

The HVAC Sales Closer will be responsible for conducting sales calls by leading video or phone meetings, understanding customer concerns, overcoming objections, and securing a signed bid. The candidate must be capable of handling objections professionally, calmly addressing any concerns related to price, timeline, or value. Their primary objective will be to close deals by asking for the sale and securing equipment through a signed bid. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate CRM records, including call notes, deal stages, and follow-up tasks within the company database.

• Demonstrated success in closing high-value sales with a strong conversion rate.
• Ability to confidently ask for the sale and secure signed contracts/bids.
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional Sales Communication & Objection Handling
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
• Ability to identify customer concerns and effectively overcome objections related to price, timing, and value.
• Comfortable conducting sales meetings via phone and video platforms.
• Relationship Building & Emotional Intelligence
• Ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with prospective customers.
• Strong emotional intelligence with the ability to read customer needs, motivations, and buying signals.

• CRM & Sales Technology Proficiency
• Experience maintaining accurate CRM records, including call notes, deal stages, and follow-up activities.

• Strong organizational skills to manage pipeline activity and follow-up schedules.
