Job summary

EliteAir Climate Control Inc. is seeking a Cost Estimation and Design Engineer for a full-time on-site role in Parañaque.

The role involves supporting HVAC/R projects from concept to execution, preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and budget proposals based on project specifications, drawings, and site conditions. You will develop and review HVAC/R designs, layouts, and schematics using CAD tools, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
• Experience in HVAC/R design and cost estimation in building services.
• CAD experience for 2D/3D modeling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and numerical problem-solving skills.
• On-site collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQ, and budget proposals.
• Develop and review HVAC/R designs, layouts, and schematics.
• Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and contractors on-site.
• Conduct site visits and technical evaluations.
• Prepare technical documentation and support bid processes.
• Contribute to design standard and cost-control improvements.
