Job summary

DBI Air-Conditioning Systems Services is seeking a detail-oriented HVAC Quotation Specialist in Metro Manila. The role focuses on preparing accurate, competitive quotations based on client inquiries, site reports, and project requirements.

Engineers with hands-on HVAC installation experience are highly preferred. The ideal candidate will read technical drawings, estimate costs, and ensure quotations meet industry standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is mandatory.
Experience in HVAC estimation, design, or technical sales support preferred.
Hands-on HVAC installation experience is highly preferred, but not compulsory.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems and installation requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and time management.

Responsibilities

Review client inquiries, site reports, and project requirements to prepare accurate HVAC quotations.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine correct system design and sizing.
Calculate material, labor, and installation costs.
Ensure all quotations comply with industry standards and company guidelines.
Prepare clear, professional quotation documents for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between quote and execution.
Follow up on submitted quotes and provide technical clarifications when required.
Maintain and update pricing, supplier databases, and quotation templates.
Track quotation performance (win/loss ratio) and report insights.
